honoring your heart's desire

Everyone have a dream and desire in the heart. This is a never changing element that is hidden within. Whether or not this feeling is Godly or worldly, most importantly it represents a part of you within. Sometimes, the irony in life is that we think that we can discard all things. But when you tap deeper in you find that it still remains no matter how hard you try. Only when things come to a point of no return, then you automatically release it. Is the body not a miracle piece of art.

We should not always tell ourselves that our dreams cannot realize as that will remove the possibility of the dream manifesting. Then what about our desire? Should we not share it so that it will never manifest into reality? Why are we so against the notion of having desire. Are we not all trying to learn something from our desire? Even if the end of the day, we are to master the art of not being attached to desire, I think, it is a good lesson learnt. Of course, this would not make Yoga practitioners very happy as their life is about letting go. Yet, I believe there is a balance and wisdom in letting go. Of course if your desire hurt someone, then it should be mastered as soon as possible. If not then, what is the point of forcing yourself to let go when you are not ready to?

Breathe in and out, when your body knows the time, it will let go. Is it not how nature does things? Just like leaves on the tree comes off at winter. Everything will go according to cycle. Even our desire. After all, all these are nothing but a dream....
